Ever-expanding Vietnamese eatery is opening as part of the development's food hall expansion.
Vietvana Pho Noodle House (stylized as VIỆTVANA Phở) is bringing its signature pho with house-made noodles to the expanded Central Food Hall at Ponce City Marketwith an opening slated for December 20.
“Opening our newest Vietvana location in Ponce City Market, one of Atlanta’s iconic foodie destinations, has been a goal for us,” Khanh Dang, who is half of the founding duo alongside her husband Dinh Tran, said Friday in a press release. “We’re excited to reach new customers who want to explore world cuisines with our new location. We’re putting on display our passion for authentic Vietnamese delicacies with deeply flavorful and authentic phở and our tender rice noodles that are made from scratch in-house each day.”
