Owned by Dinh Tran and Khanh Dang, Vietvana is where “Vietnamese food meets nirvana” by Beth McKibben Vietvana Pho Noodle House, previously name Khanh Vietnamese Kitchen, opens Friday, August 16, in the former Our Way Cafe space in Avondale Estates.
